Submitter notes: This Mucrospirifer thedfordensis has a crinoid holdfast growing across the commissure. The roots are in both halves of the valves and this would only happen when the braciopod was dead.

Submitter notes: This is a small Helliophyllum with several smaller coralites growing from the edge after the main coral had been buried(?). Life is tenacious even for tiny organisms and they struggle to survive even if shortly they were all buried for the ages.
