Submitter notes: This is another example of this small ornate crinoid from the Arkona that Mike Topor has other examples of on this site and gives a slightly different view of the cup and arms attachment. The edge of a US 10 cent piece is for scale with this tiny crinoid.

Submitter notes: This is a small Helliophyllum with several smaller coralites growing from the edge after the main coral had been buried(?). Life is tenacious even for tiny organisms and they struggle to survive even if shortly they were all buried for the ages.

Submitter notes: Paraspirifer brachiopods from the Silica Shale are not rare, however, from the Silica Shale at Milan they are VERY rare. These two are also unusual because of their size. Small Paraspirifers are less common.
