Submitter notes: This is a Dolatocrinus barrisi with a Platyceras conicum attached to the tegmen. As J. Koniecki pointed out earlier in this listing, the Platyceras conicum is not listed in the species of the Alpena area but it is clear the the platyceras fauna was similiar to other areas of the Michigan Basin and this is another example. The crown and Platyceras are 1.54' or 3.9 cm tall and 1.24' or 3.3 cm wide. there are two additional views.
