Submitter notes: The picture is a view of cup and tegmen of the same specimen. The calyx is 3.5 cm across.

This is actually D. costatus (1904 per Elvira Wood: 4 arms per ray = 20 arms) (also per Springer, p. 48, 20 arms). D. stellifer has 11 arms (Miller & Gurley) to 15 arms (Springer 1921, p.44).
