Taxon: Hippocardia cunea
Submit date: 2015-11-14
Location (approximate): Carleton, Monroe, MI
Stratigraphy: Detroit River Formation
Age: Ulsterian (Middle Devonian)
Submitter notes: This specimen is 2.7 cm. It came from an old collection. The collectors found it at the Thompson-McCully quarry. Obviously, once upon a time it was possible to collect there. The name is as given by the collector. I would not know the difference between any of the genera.
